Meet the Assistant Principal:
I was born and raised in McAllen & graduated from McAllen Memorial High School in 1997. I went on to study at the University of Texas Pan American, where I earned my Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree with a minor in Early Childhood Education. I later earned my Master of Educational Administration degree from Lamar University.
I was a classroom teacher for eight years, and am honored to now be able to serve as the Assistant Principal at Escandon Elementary. Here, it is our goal each day to provide students with challenging & engaging experiences that will help them grow academically, socially, & emotionally.
Please know that your child is very important to me. Should you ever have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to working with you to make sure your child has a fun & successful school year here at Escandon Elementary!
